We put our house on the market last year at the worst possible time, just as the prices were falling quickly.

Anna did a great job from the start by putting together a comprehensive sales plan including several great real estate ads.  She asked a lot of questions making sure she captured the beautiful features of our home.  She also did a large number of open houses to increase our chances of selling our home.

Throughout the difficult times, Anna always kept a positive attitude and worked hard to promote our house.

Due to the falling market, there was no action and we were going south for the winter, we decided to take our house off the market for a while.  There was no issue in doing so and after a couple of months and while we were still south we saw that the market was improving so we put the house back on the market.

My husband and I recently returned to the Hamilton area after living out of area for a number of years. We found the real estate climate much more challenging than it was when we had left.
